County of Atlantic

The County of Atlantic capital improvement project is a collaborative effort between DCO Energy and Colliers Engineering & Design. DCO Energy completed an investment grade audit and Energy Savings Plan which identified the key energy conservation measures to be implemented for 30 sites. Colliers is acting as Construction Manager for the project. Lighting and Controls are being implemented county-wide and roof-mounted solar will be installed at 13 of the locations along with roofing upgrades. A full HVAC replacement is being done at the Civil Courthouse and Justice Complex.
