Executive Vice President
Valerie Moran serves as Executive Vice President, leading the organization’s energy efficiency and performance contracting initiatives throughout the Northeast. She oversees strategic growth, business development, client relationships, and the delivery of innovative energy and infrastructure solutions for public institutions, healthcare systems, educational facilities, and government agencies. With more than 30 years of industry experience, Valerie has helped advance over $1 billion in energy and infrastructure projects across New Jersey, driving economic growth and supporting thousands of jobs in construction, engineering, and the skilled trades. A passionate advocate for workforce development, she leads mentoring and career awareness initiatives designed to create pathways into the energy industry and skilled trades. Valerie also serves on the Boards of Directors for the National Association of Energy Service Companies (NAESCO) and the New Jersey Alliance for Action’s NJRARE program, supporting industry collaboration, workforce development, and energy policy advancement.

Chris Andrews, CEM, CMVP, DGCP
Senior Vice President
Chris Andrews serves as Senior Vice President, leading all sales and engineering operations across the Northeast Region. He oversees the development and execution of energy projects, savings guarantees, and scopes of work, ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance. With 16 years of industry experience, Chris holds the CEM, DGCP, and CMVP certifications from the Association of Energy Engineers.

Greg Burns
Vice President of Business Development
Greg Burns serves as Vice President of Business Development, where he leads the pursuit and development of Energy Savings Improvement Programs (ESIP) and Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPC) throughout the Northeast Region. Greg and his team partner with school districts, county and local governments, and other public and private institutions to deliver infrastructure projects that modernize facilities, reduce operating costs, and advance long-term energy goals.
Over the past five years alone, Greg has led the sales efforts behind the development and implementation of more than $250 million in energy infrastructure projects. He has managed the full business development lifecycle — from prospecting and stakeholder engagement through proposal development and contract award — bringing a relationship-driven, consultative approach to every client engagement. Greg is an active member of the New Jersey Association of School Business Officials, where he served as President of the Associate Business Members for the 2024–2025 year. He also participates in the NJ School Buildings and Grounds Association, NJ Association of Counties, NJ Conference of Mayors, and NJ Association of School Administrators.

Dan Drury, PE, CEM
Senior Director of Project Implementation
Dan Drury is Senior Director of Project Implementation where he oversees the delivery of complex energy conservation projects, with a particularly rich history on ESIP programs throughout New Jersey. Dan brings a deep understanding of the technical, financial, and regulatory frameworks required to successfully implement performance-based energy projects. He leads cross-functional teams responsible for efficient design, procurement of Subcontractors, construction execution, commissioning, and compliance with public contracting standards. Known for his disciplined, process-driven approach, Dan emphasizes detailed planning, documentation, and execution controls to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full alignment with guaranteed energy savings outcomes. His work helps public-sector clients modernize facilities, reduce operating costs, and achieve long-term sustainability goals. Dan is a licensed Professional Engineer in NJ and is a Certified Energy Manager through the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE), where he is a senior member.

William Conley, PE, CEM, LEED AP
Senior Director of Engineering
Bill serves as Senior Director of Engineering. In this role, he oversees all aspects of project engineering and provides technical leadership from project conception through completion, ensuring that all projects exceed industry standards and comply with regulatory requirements. Bill brings over 25 years of experience in the engineering field, leading complex energy infrastructure and capital improvement projects. He has a proven track record of delivering multimillion-dollar energy performance projects on schedule and within budget. Bill is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) holding licenses in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Michigan. He is also a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and a LEED Accredited Professional.

Tom Visco, PMP, CEM, CMVP
Director of Southeast Operations
Tom serves as Director of Southeast Operations, leading the execution of Energy Savings Improvement Program (ESIP) projects across the Southeast region in New Jersey. He oversees project coordination from development through construction, working closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, commissioning teams, and field personnel to ensure successful project delivery. With over 11 years of industry experience, Tom has managed and supported a wide range of projects. He holds the Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Energy Manager (CEM), and Certified Measurement & Verification Professional (CMVP) certifications.
Education: BS in Industrial Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University
Brian Oswald, PMP, CBCP
Director of Northeast Operations
Brian serves as Director of Northeast Operations, leading project execution across the Northeast Region. He acts as the project executive for multiple project management teams throughout New York and New Jersey, ensuring the seamless delivery of complex scopes of work and engineering initiatives. Brian brings 20 years of power and HVAC industry experience to the role. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Building Commissioning Professional (CBCP), he is an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE).
Education: BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Rutgers School of Engineering
Justin Costell, CMVP-IT, EMIT
Building Performance Manager
Justin serves as the Building Performance Manager, where he is responsible for verifying energy savings projections using the International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocols. He also evaluates and captures federal, state, and local incentives to support project funding and compliance, as well as the implementation of our Connected Services offering. Justin has five years of industry experience and holds the CMVP-IT and EMIT designations. He is also a certified Bench marker in the state of New Jersey.

Matt Adelfio, PE, CEM
Engineering Manager
Matt Adelfio serves as Engineering Manager, overseeing the development and evaluation of energy and infrastructure projects. He is responsible for coordinating project development efforts and helping clients identify and implement solutions that enhance facility performance and operational efficiency. Matt is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of New Jersey and holds the Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification from the Association of Energy Engineers.

Lisa Schultz, CDMP, PCM-DM
Senior Manager of Marketing and Communications
Lisa manages the marketing initiatives for Veregy’s Eastern and Northeastern Regions, including networking organizations, tradeshows, website, social media, marketing campaigns, and proposals. She is actively involved with managing client relations, business development, and the customer relationship management system (CRM). Her sales and marketing experience in Energy Conservation, Building Automation, and HVAC Preventative Maintenance, which helps her provide an in-depth understanding of clients’ day-to-day challenges.
