Eatontown Public Schools

Eatontown BOE’s implementation of an ESIP provided the means for the replacement of all 26 Rooftop Units, which was the District’s stated primary objective. Eatontown BOE hired SSP Architects to design the ECMs and employed DCO Energy as the Energy Services Company (ESCO) responsible for energy savings calculations and project implementation. The District entered into a solar PPA with HESP Solar to reduce the District’s grid purchased electric energy, adding further energy savings. Other Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) such as LED lighting replacements, districtwide energy management system upgrades, Combined Heat and Power unit (CHP) and repairs to the existing ductwork enhanced the learning environment for students of Eatontown.
