Little Egg Harbor School District

The DCO ESIP team his team worked with the Little Egg Harbor School District (LEHSD) to implement a self-funding Energy Savings Improvement Program (ESIP) project. As a team, we worked closely with the administration and their Architect of Record (Spiezle Architects) to develop a scope of work that met the District’s goals. The goal of LEHSD was to implement brand new LED lights, a fully functional Energy Management System (EMS), and replace Rooftop Units (RTUs) while converting units from R22 that were at their end of their useful life.

The District was able to upgrade their facilities at no cost to the taxpayers and utilize rebates to reduce the financed amount.
