Teaneck Public Schools

Teaneck Public Schools was in need of major infrastructure improvements throughout all of the District’s buildings. The highest priority of the District was to completely overhaul and upgrade the High School Boiler Room. Starting at selection, we worked with the District to utilize the savings throughout the project and the Solar PPA to upgrade the Boiler Room. To go along with a revamped Boiler Room, we also helped the District achieve other goals such as Unit Ventilator Replacements, a Solar PPA, and BMS upgrades and unification.

The Design Engineering was completed by CHA.
