Jackson Township Board of Education

DCO Energy was selected to implement substantial capital improvements throughout the Jackson Township School District. Large scale replacement of capital equipment including new Boilers, Unit Ventilators, Transformers, Pumps and Rooftop Units (RTUs), coupled with a districtwide upgrade of their Metasys Control System.  The District will receive a full state-of-the-art LED lighting system which will greatly enhance their learning environment while providing long-term energy and operational savings.  Roofing renovations to support a large Solar PPA, paired with robust incentives, provide additional cost savings opportunities, resulting in more facility upgrades for the District.  This fast-tracked ESIP Project allowed Jackson Township Board of Education to appreciate substantial energy savings within the installation year, improving the positive cash flow to the District.
