Colts Neck Township Public Schools

Colts Neck Township School District (CNTSD) had not completed substantial facility improvements in over 20 years.  CNTSD had a goal to achieve and that was to provide the addition of cooling at the Cedar Drive Middle School and Conover Road Elementary School.  They will receive installation of new Unit Ventilators with D/X coils to provide cooling to classrooms, as well as heat.   In addition, new packaged Rooftop Units equipped with both hot water heating coils and D/X cooling coils will be installed. LED lighting retrofit of interior and exterior lights and Solar PPA will create the biggest savings for the District, significantly reducing energy consumption. Roof upgrades in the areas of solar installation will be done to achieve a 15-year warranty to match the length of the Solar PPA.
