Project
Ramapo Indian Hills Regional High School District is the 1st NJ school district to combine an ESIP project with the PSE&G Engineered Solutions rebate program through the efforts of DCO Energy. This program is based on campuswide energy efficiency upgrades for large facilities to allow for an affordable way to upgrade aging equipment.
The District will achieve prioritized goals of new LED lighting and over $2M of roof upgrades that will save them $1M per year in maintenance costs associated with their roofing. Also, they will have an upgraded Energy Management System (EMS) allowing remote access, complete control of set points/schedules/alarms/etc., a 3-D graphics package for navigation through floor plans and individual equipment information, as well as many other user-friendly features allowing upgraded control and sequences.
